Terms of use

The public offer: the rules Azimuth VPN sells access on, and what we are and are not responsible for. Paying means accepting these terms.
Contents
1. General
This document is a public offer by the Azimuth VPN service administration (the “Provider”) to give access to the Azimuth VPN service (the “Service”) through the Telegram bot @Rock3tVPN_bot, the website azimuthvpn.org and the account area.
The agreement takes effect at your first payment or when you activate the free trial. From that moment you (the “User”) accept these terms in full.
2. What is provided
The Provider gives the User access to the Service's servers through a personal subscription link for the period paid for. On paid plans the Provider sets no limits on speed or traffic volume, and support requests are handled with priority.
The number of devices is capped by the plan: up to 5 on the individual plan and up to 15 on the family plan. See section 3 for detail.
The free trial is provided once per account, for two devices and with a 100 GB traffic limit. All other conditions are the same. Paying for a subscription lifts the traffic limit, and the device count becomes the one of the chosen plan.
Access is provided over the VLESS protocol with Reality or TLS encryption, using TCP (including XTLS-Vision), XHTTP, WebSocket and gRPC transports. Some servers additionally offer Hysteria2. The set of protocols and transports may change: this is a technical means of getting around blocking, and it has to follow whatever is being blocked.
The Service is a technical means of transmitting data. The Provider does not control or inspect which resources the User connects to.
3. Account and key
- The key and the subscription link are personal. Passing them to third parties, publishing or reselling them is prohibited.
- The User is responsible for keeping access to their Telegram account and to their Service account, including the second factor and the backup key.
- Actions taken from the User's account are deemed taken by the User.
- Access can be recovered, but proof of ownership is required. With nothing to prove it, access is not restored — otherwise recovery would become a way to take someone else's account.
- The number of devices per subscription is capped by the plan: up to 5 on the individual plan, up to 15 on the family plan. Working around this cap by any means counts as passing access to third parties.
4. Acceptable use
The Service must not be used for:
- anything unlawful under the law of the User's country or of the country the server is located in;
- spam, phishing or distribution of malware;
- scanning, password brute-forcing, DDoS or other attacks on third parties;
- circumventing restrictions in order to commit an offence;
- reselling access or building a competing service on top of it.
Any abuse of the Service is separately prohibited, including:
- passing the key or the subscription link to third parties, publishing, selling or trading them;
- working around the device cap, including spoofing the device identifier;
- creating several accounts as one person to get the free trial, bonuses, promo codes or discounts again;
- abusing the referral programme: self-invites, fake and mass-created accounts, swapping invites, any scheme that inflates invites or rewards;
- abusing refunds, and charging back a payment for a service actually rendered;
- automated requests to the bot, the site and the programming interfaces, load and penetration testing, attempts to get around the Service's limits and protections;
- misleading support to obtain access, a discount or a refund.
The list is closed. Only behaviour that meets both tests at once is treated as equivalent: it is aimed at obtaining days, money, discounts or access the User is not entitled to, or at working around the Service's technical limits, and it matches the items above in nature and consequences. Behaviour that fails either test is not abuse under this section.
The following are not abuse: running out of device slots in ordinary use (reinstalling the app, resetting it, changing phones), a mistaken support request, and the Service failing because of ISP blocking, state action or a hosting provider's outage.
Consequences. The measure matches the breach:
- A warning — for a first breach that caused no damage. Access stays.
- Suspension while the case is checked — no more than 7 days. If the breach is not confirmed, the subscription is extended by the length of the suspension.
- Blocking the account and voiding subscriptions and keys with no refund — on a repeat breach after a warning, and immediately, without a warning, for passing access to third parties and reselling it, working around the device cap, attacks on the Service and unlawful acts.
- Voiding rewards — bonus days, referral rewards and the referral wallet — applies to abuse of the referral programme, of refunds or of payments. What is voided is the amount obtained through the abuse; the rest of the internal balance is refunded on request under section 6.
- Refusal of further service — only after a block on the grounds in this section.
The Provider applies no measures under this section beyond these.
Procedure. When applying a measure the Provider tells the User which item of this section it rests on. Abuse is established from the technical data available to the Provider; the Provider is not obliged to disclose how abuse is detected — doing so would make the protection useless. The User may appeal through support within 30 days, and an answer is given within 10 business days. Where the decision turns out to be wrong, access and rewards are restored and the subscription is extended by the length of the block.
5. Payment
- Prices are shown in roubles on the site and in the bot and may change. A change does not affect a period already paid for.
- Payment is possible with Telegram Stars, by bank card and SBP through YooKassa, and with crypto via CryptoBot and xRocket. The payment itself is handled by the respective payment system under its own rules.
- Money is credited to the User's internal balance, which the subscription is paid from. Whatever is left does not expire.
- The internal balance is an accounting unit of the Service, not electronic money; no interest accrues on it.
- Auto-renewal is opt-in and can be switched off at any time. When it is on, the charge is taken from the internal balance.
6. Refunds
The service is deemed rendered as access is provided.
- If the Service did not work for the User through the Provider's fault and support could not fix it, the User may claim a refund within 7 days of payment. The unused part of the period is refunded.
- An unspent internal balance is refunded on request, less payment system fees.
- No refund is due where access was suspended for breaching section 4, or where the cause was an ISP's actions or state-level blocking — that is outside the Provider's control.
- Claims go through support @azimuth_sup and are handled within 10 business days.
7. Referral programme
The User may invite others and earn rewards: 5 days of subscription for each invited person who starts the free trial (with no paid subscription, the days are added to the first purchase), and 30% of the invited person's top-ups into a referral wallet that can be withdrawn. Self-invites, fake accounts and any gaming of the scheme are abuse under section 4 with all of its consequences: the rewards and the referral wallet are voided, the account is blocked and anything already paid out is taken back from the balance.
The reward is an incentive for bringing real users, not an income. The Provider may check invited accounts, hold a payout while it does, change the size of the reward and the terms of the programme, and close the programme altogether.
8. Liability
- The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance, hosting failures and ISP-side blocking happen.
- The Provider is not responsible for the User's actions online or for the contents of transmitted data.
- The Provider's liability is in any case limited to the value of the paid and unused part of the subscription.
9. Termination
The User may stop using the Service at any time. The Provider may suspend or terminate access for a breach of section 4, for attempts to harm the Service or other users, and where the law requires it. The consequences follow the order and the limits set out in section 4.
10. Changes
The Provider may change these terms. Material changes are announced in the channel and the bot at least 7 days in advance. Continued use after they take effect means acceptance.
